Adding Doctor Notes

Doctor Notes allow you to add information that wasn't verbalized:

  1. Click on the Doctor Notes section
  2. Type or paste your notes
  3. Notes are saved automatically
  4. Notes are included in document generation

Use Cases:

  • Physical examination findings
  • Test results
  • Medication changes
  • Follow-up instructions
  • Any information not captured in transcription
