Understanding the Interface

The sidebar provides quick access to:

  • Dashboard: Start new consultations
  • Consultations: View all past consultations
  • Patients: Manage your patient database
  • Templates: Configure document templates
  • Dictionary: Manage word replacements
  • Settings: Configure application settings

Consultation Interface

The consultation interface includes:

  • Patient Information: Name, DOB, MRN displayed at the top
  • Recording Controls: Start, pause, stop recording buttons
  • Transcript Area: Real-time transcription display
  • Doctor Notes: Text area for additional notes
  • Connection Status: Shows Deepgram connection status
  • Timer: Displays recording duration

Document Hub

After ending a consultation, you'll see:

  • Document List: All generated documents for the consultation
  • Document Viewer: View and edit generated documents
  • Download Options: Download documents as PDF or Markdown
  • Regeneration: Regenerate documents if needed
