First Steps
1. Sign Up
- Navigate to the sign-up page
- Enter your email address
- Create a secure password
- Complete the verification process (if required)
- You'll be redirected to the welcome page or dashboard
2. Complete Your Profile
After signing up, you may be prompted to:
- Complete your profile information
- Set up your organization (if applicable)
- Configure your preferences
3. Grant Microphone Permissions
To use the transcription feature, you'll need to grant microphone permissions:
- When you first start a consultation, your browser will prompt for microphone access
- Click "Allow" to enable real-time transcription
- You can change these permissions later in your browser settings
4. Add Your First Patient
Before starting a consultation, you'll need at least one patient in your system:
- Navigate to Patients from the sidebar
- Click Add Patient
- Fill in the required information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- MRN (Medical Record Number) - optional
- Click Add Patient
