First Steps

1. Sign Up

  1. Navigate to the sign-up page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Create a secure password
  4. Complete the verification process (if required)
  5. You'll be redirected to the welcome page or dashboard

2. Complete Your Profile

After signing up, you may be prompted to:

  • Complete your profile information
  • Set up your organization (if applicable)
  • Configure your preferences

3. Grant Microphone Permissions

To use the transcription feature, you'll need to grant microphone permissions:

  1. When you first start a consultation, your browser will prompt for microphone access
  2. Click "Allow" to enable real-time transcription
  3. You can change these permissions later in your browser settings

4. Add Your First Patient

Before starting a consultation, you'll need at least one patient in your system:

  1. Navigate to Patients from the sidebar
  2. Click Add Patient
  3. Fill in the required information:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Date of Birth
    • MRN (Medical Record Number) - optional
  4. Click Add Patient
