Symptoms: Consultation draft lost after refresh

Solutions:

  1. Check browser storage permissions
    • Verify localStorage is enabled
    • Check browser settings

      Ensure you're logged in

    • Verify session is active
    • Sign in again if needed

      Check storage space

    • Browser storage may be full
    • Clear other site data
    • Try different browser

      Manually save

    • Don't rely only on auto-save
    • End consultation properly
    • Save important data

Data Not Appearing

Symptoms: Data exists but not showing

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear filters and search
  3. Check you're in correct organization
  4. Verify data wasn't deleted
  5. Check data retention settings
  6. Contact support if needed
