Patient Not Appearing

Symptoms: Added patient but can't find it

Solutions:

  1. Check search filters
    • Clear search box
    • Remove any filters
    • Check you're in correct organization

      Refresh the page

    • Data may not have loaded
    • Try refreshing (F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R)

      Verify patient was saved

    • Check for success message
    • Look in patient list again
    • Try adding again if needed

Cannot Edit Patient

Symptoms: Edit button doesn't work or changes don't save

Solutions:

  1. Verify permissions
    • Check you're an administrator
    • Verify organization role

      Refresh and try again

    • Page may need refresh
    • Try editing again

      Check patient exists

    • Verify patient is in list
    • Try from different page
