Patient Not Appearing
Symptoms: Added patient but can't find it
Solutions:
- Check search filters
- Clear search box
- Remove any filters
Check you're in correct organization
Refresh the page
- Data may not have loaded
Try refreshing (F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R)
Verify patient was saved
- Check for success message
- Look in patient list again
- Try adding again if needed
Cannot Edit Patient
Symptoms: Edit button doesn't work or changes don't save
Solutions:
- Verify permissions
- Check you're an administrator
Verify organization role
Refresh and try again
- Page may need refresh
Try editing again
Check patient exists
- Verify patient is in list
- Try from different page
