Documents Not Generating

Symptoms: Consultation ends but no documents appear

Solutions:

  1. Check templates are enabled
    • Go to Templates page
    • Verify templates in Enabled zone
    • Enable templates if needed
  2. Verify consultation has transcript
    • Documents need transcript to generate
    • Check transcript is not empty
    • Add doctor notes if transcript missing
  3. Check generation status
    • Look for generation progress indicator
    • Wait for generation to complete
    • Check for error messages
  4. Verify AI service is working
    • Check Settings > Usage for errors
    • Verify API limits not exceeded
    • Contact support if persistent

Poor Document Quality

Symptoms: Generated documents are inaccurate or poorly formatted

Solutions:

  1. Improve transcript quality
    • Speak clearly during recording
    • Review and edit transcript if needed
    • Add detailed doctor notes
  2. Refine template prompts
    • Edit template AI prompts
    • Add more context
    • Specify desired format
  3. Adjust AI settings
    • Lower temperature for consistency
    • Try different AI model
    • Test different prompts
  4. Regenerate documents
    • Click Regenerate button
    • Try multiple times if needed
    • Review and edit after generation
